” About a year ago you and your friend Mike Monroe founded a company, GuruSoft Ltd. Mike works as CEO, and you as the product development manager. GuruSoft sells a software product, HyperSite, which is a tool for development of eCommerce sites. Currently, you have about 10 customers, but the customer base is rapidly growing, and you have decided to hire five new developers in addition to the three ones you already have in addition to yourself. Up until now you have not used any clearly defined development process, but you realize that some level of discipline will be needed if a team of almost ten people are to work well together on the HyperSite product. Since you have read about, and attended a lecture on agile development and time-paced processes, you decide to apply them to your situation.

Prepare a 500-word plan for GuruSoft on how to take time-paced, agile development into use. Explain the various time-horizons will use, what they encompass, and how to roll-out the new process. ”
