Material Related to Lectures

For each lecture topic, there are “required” readings – a list of papers that are the most relevant for that topic. A copy of these paper will be sold during the lectures. The sequence of titles under each heading suggests that if time is at a premium you may want to concentrate most on the first ones listed. The “additional optional” readings will be used by the instructor as an additional source of depth to the discussions, and are available under the course website for your future use.
