During the first year, SHAPE was (in addition to the companies listed above) funded by Timecon Oy (former Securitas Systems Oy), who, despite being satisfied with the co-operation, was forced to resign due to internal reorganisation.
The research is conducted by Software Business and Engineering Institute (SoberIT) of Helsinki University of Technology. The responsible leader of the project is Professor Reijo Sulonen.
