Main function of Neuroni client. Get arguments and call initialization functions from other modules. Loop over listening server and do updates. NOTE: argument handling not implemented as propably not needed.

Returns:

0 on normal exit, negative on error

Parameters:

argc - Number of arguments
argv - Pointer to bytearrays containing the arguments
