Personal comments:

Always when I'm logged on somewhere, I have also a screen window, or xterm where I'm also logged on the VLC, and this way I'm helping the occasional users. During this phase I've been logged on the VLC for more than 50 hours, during which I've helped the customer and some other users online for 3 hours.

Again, online helping and implenting spinn-off ideas by the customer took a toll on some plans, but overall everything went well.

Personal comments:

I had a bad flu for over a week, and all other possible work was delayed too..
Now I have much to catch up in the next phase, but I've already planned that.

Also, I did 5h of work on other critical tasks, when the VLC was not running correctly, fixing internal gamedriver methods (functions).

I've also spent over 50 hours logged on the VLC helping users in their every day problems. For example helped the customer to understand the building of new rooms procedure. During this 50+ hours I have given online help for about 4 hours.
