The control group consists of the project team, the supervisor and the customer. At times, external consults may participate in control group meetings, e.g. pedagogic advisors, computer aided learning experts. The whole group meets very seldom, but the different partys meet at least once a week.
The major milestones of the projects are specified in the project schedule. Minor milestones will be assigned in the beginning of every phase, in accordance with the spiral model.
User feedback will be very important, as the evolution of the product is defined by user needs. Proposed changes will be evaluated on the mailing list and implemented only if all parties agree. There will be a mechanism for online user feedback, to make the treshold lower.
Weekly meetings with the customer will be held every monday. The supervisor will attend meetings prior to every major milestone and when ever deemed necessary.
