- Either "Open" or "Closed"
- Category
- The category this error falls into
- Seriousness
- How serious the error is
- Description
- A short description of the error
- Date reported
- The date the error was reported to the wizards
- Assigned to
- Who has to fix the error
- Date fixed
- The date the error was fixed
- Time to fix
- How long it took to fix the error
- Files
- The files that were changed
- Comments
- Any comments, e.g. on what was done to fix the error.
- User interface
- System design error
- Implementation error
- Critical (causes crash or serius malfunction)
- Serious (causes misbehaviour)
- Minor (works, but has some flaws)
- Cosmetic (no functional error)
