Tasks
- Project Manager:
- In charge of the project, its schedules and the successfull
allocation of resources.
The project manager is responsible for the overall project
plan and the plans for the different phases. His
responsibility is to keep the project on schedule and within
budget.
The project manager oversees the creation of milestone reports
and is responsible for the project progress and final reports.
- Designer
- The designer creates the analysis report and supervises the
time table for the system design phase. He is responsible for
user documentation and test material gathering.
- System specialist
- Designs the class library framework, including data management
systems. He designs the user interface and writes the system
manual.
- Chief programmer
- Implements the class library and necessary development tools.
He documents the modules and completes the testing according to
the test specifications. His main responsibility is to
co-ordinate the programming tasks.
The tasks only define who is responsible for which area. He can in
turn use the other members of the team as personnel to get the tasks
done.
