Introduction

This document describes the Dynamic IP-Tunnel project project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The project has been divided into six main phases described in the project plan document. The WBS describes the main activities and effort estimates. Each main activity shall have one responsible person. The activities are further divided into tasks (or todos) that are reported in the project progress reports. Each phase is divided into specific task related A.b/c codes. The A part of the code defines the phase of the project. Each phase is divided into main operational areas defined with  b level codes. Some of the b level codes are further divided into several c level codes. The c level codes are very close to the actual tasks of the phase. Tasks are practically same as todos. Strictly interpreted a todo is one sort of a task. The schedule of the phases and the deadlines inside the phases are defined in the project Gantt chart. There is no scheduling for the lower level activities, which are constrained by the phase deadlines.
